Shipping rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for all domestic orders
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it leaves our workshop.
Please ensure delivery address is correct prior to confirming your order. We are unable to make changes once the order is processed.
In stock items will typically ship in 5-7 business days or less (excluding holidays and weekends)
Order processing hours are 10 am - 4 pm Tues-Sat
If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing time begins the next business day.

If by chance your favorite item is out of stock check back in a few days or contact us for an update.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please send an email including your name, order number, and clear photos to ordersupport@eloisenaturals.com ; Our customer advocates will be happy to assist you. Please be sure to include all pertinent information along with pictures in order to prevent unnecessary delay. Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery carrier's responsibility. Prompt attention is required should we need to file a claim to the delivering carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we can only reship an order once we've received written verification from the customer that the order has been lost or stolen. Notify us ASAP of any issues so a claim can be filed with the delivering carrier.
